Users would be able to find what they're looking for quickly and easily, thanks to an intuitive layout and efficient search and filter features. This could lead to a significant reduction in user frustration and exit rate.
With a more user-friendly design and richer content, users would be more likely to engage with the site, which could result in a noticeable increase in average time spent on the platform and lower bounce rates.
We analyzed pain points in the current dashboard and offered solid solutions for improving the UX part of the mobile application. Creating the user interface sketches helped to define the basic structure and layout for the mobile app entire direction. The UX/UI screens of the main flow appeared elaborated and updated, as well as a large number of the possible styles and directions in the creative approach we’ve chose them from.
For a complete view of the entire user flow, we prototyped the Wireframes. The effort spent on researching ways to improve the product was paid off with wireframes. They helped to display the whole structure of the mobile app, making it easier for outline the important information for the end users. For this purpose, we have taken a “triple-A” approach, made the main categories of the app clear and accessible. We’ve also suggested using tabs, since they are the smoothest way to find the information you need.
A better user experience and improved design skyrocket the retention rate, ensuring more users returning to the website. In its turn, a trendy, user-friendly website invests in client’s brand image, positioning them as a customer-focused and up-to-date organization.
